Password and access help
A local access password is not the same as your recovery phrase. Their roles in access and recovery should be understood separately.
Password versus phrase
An app unlock password usually cannot restore blockchain accounts without recovery credentials.
If access fails
Check keyboard input, device, and app version. Never disclose credentials to unsolicited helpers.
Safe recovery path
Use the authentic recovery procedure for your installed application, with independently verified instructions.
